Zoomadog is an online pet store specialising in medical and mobility aids for dogs. Their product range supports pets recovering from surgery, managing injury, or facing age-related conditions, with tailored solutions for dogs of all breeds and sizes.

While the brand had seen promising early results on Meta, it was struggling to scale campaigns effectively, especially when launching new products or trying to maintain profitability as spending increased.

What We Did.

We built a performance-led Meta strategy to help Zoomadog scale efficiently while increasing sales and customer retention. After auditing their existing campaigns, we focused on high-ROI products and restructured the account to prioritise what was already working. We repurposed organic content into ads that converted, introduced user-generated content to build trust, and expanded the product mix from two to seven promoted items.

To support long-term growth, we developed new creative concepts and messaging angles, implemented a full-funnel structure to capture interest at every stage, and positioned Meta as the brand’s primary channel for performance marketing.
