Solihull Raw Pet Foods is a new entrant in the raw pet food market, offering high-quality, natural meals tailored to the dietary needs of dogs. Focused on providing fresh, biologically appropriate nutrition, the brand prides itself on transparency, ingredient integrity, and supporting pet owners in making healthier choices for their animals.

The raw pet food industry is a fast-growing but highly saturated space, with an increasing number of brands competing for attention. As a new brand, Solihull Raw Pet Foods needed a results-driven agency to help them build awareness, attract the right audience, and stand out in a market dominated by more established players.

What We Did.

When Solihull Raw Pet Foods approached us, we were tasked with launching and growing their online presence from the ground up. Our primary objectives were to drive new customer acquisition, boost online brand awareness, and build long-term customer trust and engagement, using Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising as the core channel.

Our major challenge was their £13 delivery fee for frozen raw food, which risked deterring customers at checkout. In order to overcome this, we worked to position the brand as a premium, health-conscious option for people’s pets. Our use of high-quality creatives and trust-building copy helped attract customers willing to pay a higher price for their pet’s health and well-being.

We launched with a broad cold interest campaign to build awareness and drive early conversions. We then introduced audience segmentation with two key groups in mind: seasoned dog owners and new dog owners, tailoring our messaging to key concerns and pain points.

In order to build authenticity and trust, we incorporated UGC-style content to showcase real-world experiences and social proof. This, combined with our retargeting efforts, garnered great results for Solihull Raw Pet Foods.

By the third month, we had a clear understanding of what resonated with Solihull Raw Pet Foods’ audience so we refined creatives to tackle common objectives. All this combined with our empathetic creative storytelling helped to solidify Solihull Raw Pet Foods as a trusted, premium alternative to traditional pet food.
