Coachi is a leading authority in dog training products housed under parent company, Company of Animals. Coachi has a diverse range of products that are expertly developed by Dr Roger Mugford and his team of training and behaviour specialists.

Coachi focuses on positive learning experiences and wants to create a loving bond between pet and owner. All of Coachi’s products make training easier and more fun with products suitable for all dogs and puppies over 8 weeks.

What We Did.

Rather than selling their products directly, Coachi works with a select network of trusted retailers. Wanting to increase their brand awareness and drive targeted traffic to these partners, Coachi sought out an experienced team of digital marketing experts. This approach allowed Coachi to focus on brand-building while using their retailer’s established distribution channels to make purchasing more convenient for customers.

With this in mind, our Paid Social, PPC and Creative teams collaborated to develop highly targeted campaigns to increase traffic, build brand awareness, and drive engagement.

We ran a series of A/B tests to identify the most effective messaging, refining creatives (GIFs and static images) on Google Display Ads. On Meta, we explored a range of UGC videos designed to answer buyer decision-making questions and spark curiosity. By highlighting product USPs, we enhanced brand affinity and showcased Coachi as a superior dog training brand within a competitive industry.

Additionally, our team optimised YouTube campaigns to appear in relevant searches and in-stream placements, resulting in a view rate above industry benchmarks.
