The Challenge
Caldeira Consulting aids companies looking to achieve a stress-free working environment for their employees. Unlike many companies promoting stress management in the workplace, Caldeira Consulting looks at root cause analysis, understanding what is causing stress within the company, looking to solve the issue at the source.
As a newly established business, Caldeira Consulting came to us seeking expertise from all angles, including logo & branding, key messaging, building an online presence, SEO, PPC and social media.
During our initial analysis, we identified the following key challenges:
- Establishing Caldeira Consulting’s brand identity from scratch, including key messaging, logos, colour palettes and more.
- Developing a website that was informative without being overwhelming, with seamless UX to drive people to enquire.
- Ensuring Caldeira Consulting was established as a comprehensive workplace stress solution rather than an occupational health business or mindfulness practice.

The Solution
Logo & Identity: We started the process by determining Caldeira’s core messaging – ‘Changing Minds, Achieving More’ through comprehensive stress management – and used this to create an identity that resonated with this overarching value. Our design team established a colour palette of blues and greens to evoke the desired emotions of care & trust and the business’s health ethos.
Branding: When formulating the brand identity, we also discussed Caldeira’s future, using this information to future-proof our decisions. With a plan to offer multiple programmes to their clients in the future, we developed branding for Caldeira that was flexible and easily adaptable to each of these programmes. To begin, we built a distinct logo and colour palette specifically for their first programme, Wellbeing At Work, which was a variation of the main logo for a seamless connection but with slight tweaks to signify the specificity of the offering.
Website Development: One of our main focuses, when it came to the development stage, was ensuring the website seamlessly informed users with impactful content whilst maintaining effortless navigation. With Caldeira primarily focusing on root cause analysis, we wanted to guarantee the website provided educational resources to help differentiate them from occupational health companies without overwhelming people and distracting them from the calls to action. Our ultimate goal was to drive people to book a consultation with the Caldeira team.
SEO-Optimisation: Alongside informative content & a seamless user experience, it was also vital that the Caldeira website was searchable. Our team of copywriters meticulously analysed relevant keywords and produced copy that not only informed potential clients about the Caldeira services but was also optimised for relevant searches. With this compelling dual focus, we were able to enhance visibility and attract relevant traffic to the new website.
