The Client.

Services: Meta Ads

Boneyard London offers a range of blacksmithing courses to teach others how to make hand-forged, high-quality kitchen knives and tools.

Having previously experienced an issue with their Facebook profile due to hacking, they struggled to get their ads live, lost visibility, and needed external support to get the business back on track.

Boneyard London turned to the Good Marketer to help them resolve their account issues, generate more course sales and enquiries, build brand awareness and, ultimately, take things to the next level.

What We Did.

To help increase sales and brand visibility, our Paid Social team implemented a multi-channel strategy on Meta, focusing on Boneyard London’s B2C business. Our objective was to drive engagement on Facebook and Instagram through creative support that leverages Boneyard’s strong assets.

We did this by using strong b-roll footage from actual course sessions at the client’s workshop to give potential customers a better sense of what their experience would be like. This made the ads more tangible and engaging, helping the customer visualise taking part in the courses.

We then amplified this high-performing organic content through paid ads, using a mixture of traditional cold targeting and algorithm-driven targeting, allowing Meta to find potential customers automatically.

Additionally, we tailored Boneyard London’s Google Ads campaign to maximise reach and conversions. Therefore, we ran two separate ad campaigns: A PMAX campaign for corporate clients and Google Search ads for B2C customers to promote the company’s broadened offerings.

Over a 6-month period of working together with Boneyard London, we have achieved the following results:
